Lots of great advice that is easy to do! Very clear and consistent. Really gives awareness to gap between millennial and older generation (the boss perspective). A lot of good reminders for everyday life too! Presentation is very clear with illustrations and diagrams.
Really cute book, with some great do's and don't's for the workplace. As I read it, it was very applicable for my first job, right out of college. This would be great for people who are right about to enter the workforce.
Business etiquette is an integral part of the formula for success in one's career. When an individual developes a strong business presence with having the manners to interact and put people at ease, they command respect and visibility with management and their peers. As a former Human Resources Professional there is a huge need for training employees to shine at their best with face to face communication and body language. I would recommend this book to the Human Resources industry as a valuable training tool which is a fun read and easily grabs anyone's attention. The book articulates points that aren't as "common sense" to the millennial generation, but are expected in the business world.
I read this book to recommend to my kids as they begin their careers, however I found the advice in #Next Level Manners to be helpful to people of any age. Employed or not, navigating the cyber world is full of pitfalls that can be easily avoided. The advice reminds us that good manners and being thoughtful and decent humans never goes out of style. I thoroughly enjoyed this short and insightful book.

This is an important but easy quick read that any supervisor or manager should read. In today's world, even some of us Gen Xers forget the important role that etiquette plays in our everyday business and personal lives. I didn't know what to expect when I started reading and was pleasantly surprised to come away with some key things to remember for a business dinner I'll be attending next week. I'll also be keeping a copy on my book shelf at work for all the millennials I work with as a helpful reference. Thank you Rachel, for reminding us that sometimes the smallest gestures can have a BIG impact.
